Assisted Living Locators Atlanta Sponsors 2012 Georgia Case Management Conference

Assisted Living Locators Atlanta has become an official sponsor of the 2012 Georgia Case Management Conference to be held at Atlanta’s Cobb Galleria Centre.

This August 4th event marks the 7th annual conference of the Georgia Chapter of the American Case Management Association and the first time Assisted Living Locators Atlanta will serve as sponsors. In addition to supporting the conference’s goal of providing continuing education, ALL Atlanta will also have the opportunity to network with representatives from external agencies and facilities that provide resources, services and products critical to their patient care delivery systems.

As an assisted living referral and placement service, ALL Atlanta is directly in line with the types of services and products necessary for elder patients’ transition once leaving the hospital. Our services are a valuable resource for case managers in their daily work and our ongoing educational seminar series called Successful Transitions offers continuous education about assisted living resources available throughout Metro Atlanta.

Assisted Living Locators Atlanta provides professional eldercare consultation, referral and placement services for a variety of assisted living options including: assisted living facilities, Alzheimer's and dementia care, in-home care as well as respite and hospice care.
We are a locally owned branch of the national franchise Assisted Living Locators that has been operating in Atlanta since 2009. We provide our free assisted living advisory and referral services to metro Atlanta families through a unique and proven assessment-based placement process. 

As the primary association dedicated to Hospital / Health System Case Management professionals, the American Case Management Association’s (ACMA) conference represents the perpetuation of their three primary organizational goals:
1) Provide innovative professional development services: Mentoring, Educational Forums and Resource Information
2) Create new opportunities for networking
3) Influence the policies, laws and other issues related to the practice of Case Management
   
As a primary goal, ACMA and ALL Atlanta both are strong proponents of access to care and their combined effort continuously make a positive impact on Atlanta’s and Georgia’s continuum of care for seniors.
