New Christian author releases powerful devotional and compels many to find rest in God

Georgette, a resident of Savannah, Georgia is the founder of Divine Rest, Inc, a 501 c-3 non-profit organization. It was created to serve single homeless women between the ages of 18 and 50 in a residential program that will give them the spiritual and economic foundation they need in order to be contributing and successful members of society. With a servants heart, Georgette also hopes to spread more positive and faith-filled messages through her newly released devotional.

About the Author

Georgette is best described by her family and friends as a woman of strong faith and belief in God. Georgette’s passion for writing was discovered during a time of intense pain and struggle in her life. It was during this time, that as she began to spend quality time with God, He poured His word into her spirit. She found rest and peace through the reading of God’s word. What transpired from those intimate moments alone with God brought forth some heartfelt poems and lessons learned which offered hope and encouragement to her weary soul.  Now that she has overcome her worries, her mission in life is to teach others through her writings how to enter into the rest of God.
