NightOwl Discovery joins other companies requiring Certified E-Discovery Specialist credential

Aug. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Miami —NightOwl Discovery, a leading international provider of innovative e-discovery solutions, has become the sixth legal technology and consulting firm to require the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) credential for all project managers and other key personnel.

The Minneapolis-based company is not new to CEDS certification. Scott Sterkel, Director of Sales and Marketing for NightOwl Discovery, and Albert Barsocchini, Senior Director of Strategic Consulting, were among the first professionals to take the CEDS exam. Thomas Palladino, President at NightOwl Discovery, is also a CEDS.

NightOwl Discovery, which offers a single-source solution for all litigation support services, including document review, data collections and forensics, and hosted e-discovery requires their project managers to be CEDS, or working toward CEDS certification, upon employment.

The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) awards the CEDS credential to qualified candidates who pass a rigorous, proctored examination offered at more than 600 secure testing centers worldwide. Several hundred practitioners across North America, Europe and Asia have become certified.
