-- It’s widely understood that a healthier lifestyle begins with a balanced diet and
consistent exercise program, yet the challenge that most face in reaching their
health and fitness goals is limited knowledge and motivation. In efforts to overcome these challenges, M3 launched Lose More Weight, a comprehensive program that combines diet plans, group exercise, and bi-weekly check-ups.
Leading the Lose More Weight program are M3 volunteers: Jesus Armenta, a professional bodybuilder, and Kerena Lara, a certified Zumba trainer. Together, Jesus and Kerena guide M3 team members through one hour exercise sessions, 4 days a week after work. Today there are 43 participants in the program who have lost a combined 43.6 kilograms, nearly 100 pounds! The five biggest losers are: Aldo Cruz, Noel Rabago, Juan Jose Gutierrez, Jesus Arellano and Edith Castro. Congratulations to all participants and a special thanks to Jesus and Kerena for making people our greatest asset and creating Raving Fan Team Members!
