RadView Software extends the power of the Amazon Elastic Compute (EC2) services to WebLOAD

Aug. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Bridgewater, New Jersey, August 2 , 2012 — RadView Software Ltd. (OTCBB: RDVWF), is pleased to announce that more than 300 of our customers are currently using WebLOAD Professional 9.0 which was made available to the general public on April 16,2012. With this major release of WebLOAD Professional, RadView customers now have the option to execute a load test using the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) environment.  

RadView has incorporated functionality that allows a WebLOAD Professional users to run Load Generators and/or Probing Clients from  the Amazon EC2 environment.  Once a user defines their Amazon EC2 account credentials, WebLOAD Professional manages everything seamlessly behind the scenes. A WebLOAD user then has the option to select a local, web or Amazon EC2 based machine to act as their  Load Generator and/or Probing Client. Unlike most competitors, RadView is including their Cloud based functionality at no additional cost.  Our customers only pay Amazon directly for the EC2 Services used to execute their load sessions.
Having the ability to run Load Generators and/or Probing Clients in the cloud,  further reduces the already low total cost of ownership (TCO) associated with WebLOAD Professional. Many customers have indicated that having the ability to gauge the end user experience using a WebLOAD Probing Client running on the Amazon EC2  is very attractive.

WebLOAD 9.0 also includes a new script recording configuration dialogue, a simple record vs. playback comparison view, and now Probing Client reports are available in WebLOAD Analytics. All of these features were developed based on direct feedback from WebLOAD Professional customer base. These features are  focused on improving the user experience, increasing user productivity and providing quicker visibility into web application performance issues.
