It begins with the slow walking for 3minutes inside home around living room initially with continues breaks and breathing exercises in-between. As became stronger start walking outroads.The walking should perform at least 3-4 times in week, for 15mins duration should continue until you reach 60 minutes during seventh week of your post surgery period. After 7 weeks, the post operative exercise continues with the strengthening exercises of the limbs. This includes separate session for Upper and lower (i.e., hands& legs) extremities. While doing post operative exercises you shouldn’t experiences shortness of breath, dizziness, unusual fatigue or chest pain.
