NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Genoa Capital Partners, a Southern California merchant bank and advisory firm, today announced that the Company has been engaged by English Technical Sales, a Southern California-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider focusing on technology sales, for corporate advisory services.
