The program will be hosted in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Hyderabad respectively. The objective of the Program is to enhance awareness of the tourism experiences in Australia and aid travel agency personnel in planning itineraries and handling customer queries.

Speaking about the training program, Mr. Nishant Kashikar, Country Manager, India, Tourism Australia says, “Destination trainings are an important aspect of our trade strategy. Interactive training sessions are a great way for us to strengthen destination knowledge among frontline staff.
