Internist/Pediatrician Leases at Fountains Center Office & Retail Park in Boca Raton

July 30, 2012 - PRLog -- BOCA RATON, Fla. – Sara Levine, M.D. has signed a seven-year lease for 1,732 square feet at the Fountains Center office and retail park in Boca Raton. Dr. Levine, who practices Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, now occupies Suite 200 at 7100 West Camino Real (called Boca Medical Plaza), one of seven buildings within the mixed-use complex located off Powerline Road.

Dr. Levine found out about Fountains Center from a friend and she subsequently relocated from another office in a nearby area. “Fountains Center is a great location, and it is a beautiful complex with plenty of parking,” she said.

Ayal Frist with Boca Raton-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Stateland Brown leased out the space.

Located on a 14.79-acre site where Powerline Road meets West Camino Real, the properties at Fountains Center encompass 184,575 square feet of net rentable square feet and were built between 1978 and 1988. Boca Medical Plaza, LLC acquired the complex, formerly known as The Fountains at Camino, in February 2012, and renamed it Fountains Center. Major capital improvements are underway to attract new tenants and maintain existing ones.
