Jeremiah W. (Jay) Nixon, 55th Governor of Missouri honors State’s Agriculture Heritage for a third consecutive year and West Plains “Tractors on the Square” event with official Proclamation.

A first of its kind in the country, this Proclamation underscores the importance of educating about our agriculture heritage and the relevance of vintage farm machinery to its era. has also been recognized concurrently vsxvo by the United State Postal Service with a Pictorial Postmark; as well as cited in the Congressional Record.
