Damon Williamson recognized as one of the BEST Real Estate Agents by D Magazine for 2012

July 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Damon Williamson, with Keller Williams Dallas Preston Rd., was named to the exclusive list of the Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas by D Magazine at a reception held at the Four Seasons Resort in Irving. To produce the list of best Residential Real Estate Agents, D Magazine reached out to almost 10,000 people. Nomination ballots were mailed out to 444 previous Best Real Estate Agent winners, 226 mortgage and title companies, and 5,000 D Magazine subscribers. In addition to that, D Magazine hired a call center that made 3,800 calls to recent home buyers. Recent Dallas home buyers and subscribers were asked to evaluate up to two agents they have worked with. The agents were rated based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, post-sale service, and overall satisfaction. D Magazine also asked mortgage and title companies to nominate up to three real estate agents they work with closely. The resulting list, published in D Magazine’s July 2012 issue, represents slightly less than 2% of licensed real estate agents in the Dallas area.
