Dana Nolan Named Director of Adult Day Programs at The Wartburg
Dana Nolan has been appointed Director of Adult Day Programs at The Wartburg Adult Care Community. Her responsibilities will include managing the medical and social adult day programs which serve approximately 100 families in the community.

(Mount Vernon, NY ) The Wartburg Adult Care Community proudly announced that Dana Nolan has been appointed Director of Adult Day Programs at The Wartburg Adult Care Community. In this role, she will manage the medical and social adult day programs which serve approximately 100 families in the community.
“We are all very excited to have Dana on board,” said Paula Ress, Administrator of The Wartburg’s Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation and Adult Day Services.“ She brings to The Wartburg over 20 years of managerial experience with various senior community services. She will be invaluable as we prepare to open our magnificent, new Rehabilitation and Adult Day Services Center, and expand the services we are offering to our seniors.”
Ms. Nolan earned her MA degree in Aging Studies from the University of North Texas, and a BS in Psychology from Marywood College. She is a Licensed New York State Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Retirement Housing Professional (RHP) and Housing Administrator. She has also served on the LeadingAge NY Housing and Assisted Living Committees.
“Dana’s professional and educational experience is extensive”, added David Gentner, President and CEO of The Wartburg and The Wartburg Foundation. “Her broad knowledge of executive directorship, strategic direction, and operational responsibilities will bring an enormous amount of value to our newly expanded Adult Day programs.”
