-- Tasia Malakasis, president at Belle Chevre and renowned lifestyle expert, has launched a new website at www.tasiastable.com. The launch of the new website coincides with the upcoming release of Tasia’s first cookbook, Tasia’s Table: Cooking with the Artisan Cheesemaker at Belle Chevre. It is to be released in September 2012 by New South publishers. Signed copies will be available for purchase exclusively on www.tasiastable.com.
The website, with its clean, bright look, will serve as a gathering place for Tasia’s recipes, entertaining tips, and information about the author. Visitors will also be able to register for cooking classes and get details about book signings and events.
Malakasis, a former marketing exec, fell in love with Belle Chevre goat cheese and came back to Alabama to learn the art of cheesemaking and persuade the owner emeritus to let her be the next generation of Belle Chevre. Her products include fresh, flavored and marinated goat cheese, and are available at grocery stores everywhere and at www.bellechevre.com.
She and her products have been featured in innumerable national and regional media outlets, from Martha Stewart,, O! Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens, and Southern Living.
