July 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Steed Creative, a Public Relations, Communications Consulting and Graphic Design firm in Arlington, Texas, announced today a contest for small business with a prize package totaling more than $10,000.   The “Go for the Gold Giveaway”  includes branding materials, visibility initiatives and hours of consulting to teach new or emerging business owners the strategies needed to boost and maintain their presence before their target audiences and key stakeholders.  “We are a small business, and we support small business,” said Erin Steed, President and CEO of Steed Creative.  “We couldn’t think of a better way to support the U.S.A. at the launch of the Summer Olympic Games than to reward those men and women who work so hard to keep America strong.”

Steed Creative was launched in 2005 by Erin Steed, an award-winning former television news anchor and reporter and Jeff Steed, an Emmy-award winning graphic artist and designer.  The pair have since staffed their agency with other designers, writers and marketing experts to offer an entire communications package to small business, at rates affordable to real-life budgets.  Erin steed also draws on her extensive TV experience to produce videos for clients to promote their businesses and tell their stories.

“What we want to do with our Go for the Gold Giveaway is empower people to use the talents and resources they already have in smarter and more effective ways,” Steed said.  “Small companies can’t always afford an ongoing PR contract and often they don’t even need one.  They just need smart insight and guidance.”  Steed Creative offers a number of companies project-based services and a la carte pricing.

The Go for the Gold Giveaway is on the Steed Creative Facebook page.  The company will receive entries until noon Monday, and announce a winner Monday afternoon.

The prize package is valued at over $10,000 and includes the following:
