Banyan Tree, Phuket – ‘Promise of Love’
Banyan Tree Phuket offers three unique al fresco destination dining experiences available for exclusive booking by one couple per night.

Journey of Love – The guests begin this soothing journey on a Sanya Rak, a traditional Thai long tail boat along the resort’s private lagoons at sunset. The Smooth Thai menu showcases Phuket Lobster, renowned for its succulence, prepared with chile, garlic and pepper sauce for a spicy kick or the Massamun Nua or spicy coconut curry with beef. The meal is capped by traditional Thai desserts such as local mango and sticky rice drizzled with ivory coconut milk.

Dinner of the Senses – This is served on a floating pavilion set in the resort’s tranquil central lagoon. Guests are transported to their table by a traditional Thai long tail boat and enjoy a six-course menu featuring a grand assortment of fresh seafood on ice to start, followed by Grilled Phuket Lobster with Home Made Fettuccini in a Seafood Bisque Saffron Crème Sauce or Pan Roasted Wagyu Beef Fillet with Potato Puree, Mushroom Confit, Red Wine Jus and Foie Gras. Last but not least, the Golden Chocolate Surprise dessert includes rice pudding, crispy coconut and chocolate sauce to end this memorable meal.

Dinner of the Spirit – A unique dining occasion, this is imbued with local Thai culture and tradition. Held beneath a majestic banyan tree and overlooking the serene lagoon beyond, this intimate dinner for two is complemented by the gentle tunes of the khim, a Thai string instrument.
