By: Labbrand Mrs. Sabet joined other speakers on stage during the ribbon cutting ceremony and presented on “Best Branding Practices in China: Naming & Visual Identity”. “Establishing a strong brand identity in China takes time and hard work” said Sabet, “decoding China’s cultural codes is essential for creating successful and memorable brands. This need for cultural understanding impacts every step of the brand development process, from brand naming, logo design, tagline development, color theme selection, to conducting market research.” Labbrand’s Corporate Branding & PR Manager Ying Mu and Corporate Branding Specialist Charlotte Zhang also attended the event. Other speakers included Rob Campbell, Head of Planning from W+K, who discussed the guiding principles for judging an international advertising festival. Tomaz Mok, Managing Director at McCann Erickson, spoke to the “Celebration of Creativity”. Busan International Advertising Festival 2012 takes place from August 23rd to 25th at Busan BEXCO, South Korea.
