We currently provide services in four counties throughout Arizona. We have had our curriculum approved by the Federal government as a promising practice in preventing a second pregnancy in teens that have already experienced one pregnancy. In addition to the educational services the teen parents receive, they are also supported by a case manager that works to make sure the teens emotional, social and physical needs are met while helping the teen goal set for a brighter future. Teens that have enrolled in our free services have experienced healthy outcomes for themselves and their child. TOPS babies average a gestational age of 37 weeks, are above the national average for weight at birth, and 85% of our teens leave the hospital breastfeeding their baby.
