PRLog -- San Jose – Impulsa Business Accelerator hosted a group of 13 Bay Area small business leaders and owners on July 26th at the Marriott Courtyard. The event brought together leaders from diverse industries to discuss challenges small businesses face and outline solutions to help overcome them.
Leandro Margulis, Director of Impulsa Silicon Valley, delivered a presentation named “The Journey to Sustained Business Growth.” The presentation outlined five major challenges small businesses encounter while growing, including focusing on their value proposition, identifying core competitive advantages, building institutional capabilities, developing governance structures, and being innovative.
Attendees also participated in an open discussion forum where members shared challenges currently facing their small businesses, and offered one another their points of view on how to overcome them.
