Intracoastal Bank Announces Rick Wells As Senior Loan Officer
                       
PALM COAST, FL  – Bruce Page, President and Chief Executive Officer, today announced the addition of Rick Wells to the Intracoastal Bank management team as Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer for the Bank.

In this capacity Mr. Wells will be responsible for the overall management of all lending activities for the Bank.  Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, Wells was Regional Manager of the Florida/Georgia Builder Finance Division of RBC Bank.  He comes to Intracoastal Bank with a wealth of banking experience in Flagler and Volusia Counties.   During his twenty five plus years in banking, Wells has served in various capacities in builder finance, corporate, and commercial real estate lending  with community, regional, and national financial organizations.

Mr. Wells served as past president and is a current board member of Halifax Habitat for Humanity, served on the board of directors of the Volusia Building Industry Association, and is active in many other local business and civic organizations.  Rick Wells graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
