Social media can help financial brands reap rich dividends
Windchimes Communications, a national social media agency, is conducting a series of workshops for finance professionals.
We believe that one sector which is maturing on social media is financial services. Initially averse, to testing waters, to now embracing it – brands from banking, insurance, mutual funds, etc realize that social media is a vital part of their marketing mix. However, we see brands still struggle to develop sustainable content and truly connect with audiences.
To meet this, we are hosting a series of workshops for professionals in this space. These aim to help participants understand how platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube can be used to achieve business goals such as building brand saliency, customer relationship management, generating leads and enquiries and resolving crisis situations.
