Responsibilities
Primary person to direct interaction and communications with all existing and potential shareholders
Attract and retain long-term shareholders through targeting and ongoing marketing efforts
Manage the development of investor-focused materials, including earnings announcements, quarterly and annual reports
Support management team by providing strategic, financial, competitive, and market study analyses
Remain up to date on regulatory requirements and IR best practices
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing or Corporate Communication
Minimum 2 years experience in investor relations
Prior client facing experience in either a buy side or sell side setting.
Knowledge of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure requirements
A solid understanding of the financial markets and of financial modeling
Team player, able to collaborate and build influence amongst senior management
Investment banker background is a plus
