Instant connection program grid, is in addition to existing programs designed to reduce the high costs of installing solar systems. These costs include procedures for obtaining permits, installation of equipment, networking, testing and approval. These expenses comes, according to the Ministry data to tens of thousands of dollars higher than solar panels themselves.

Despite the downward trend in world prices of the panels, the costs associated with no change and therefore there remains a significant barrier to the penetration of solar equipment market in general.
