Interteam and ARPU~UP Conclude Dissemination and Exploitation Project for EU-funded ELAICH
The campaign, which included providing content, public relations, social media and blog marketing, resulted in wide exposure of the ELAICH project on different media outlets and created public awareness among targeted audiences.
Interteam and ARPU~UP jointly collaborated with consultancy firm Agora Partners whose personnel were instrumental in managing the ELAICH project to increase awareness of the project as well as to ensure that the results of the project would be widely disseminated to its target audiences. These audiences included high school managers, educators in science, arts and history, representatives of local, regional and national government institutions and NGOs related to cultural heritage conservation.
The services included:
• Content Services – providing content for ELAICH’s website, blog and social media venues
• Public Relations – promoting ELAICH activities in the international press and receiving wide coverage in newspapers and professional publications in Western Europe and Mediterranean countries
• Social Media Marketing – operating and building an online presence for ELAICH on leading social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Project Blog – creating, operating and maintaining a project blog
“The expertise and devotion of Interteam and ARPU~UP helped us in getting substantial media coverage and public exposure and meeting the dissemination and exploitation requirements of the EU,” said Simon van Dam, senior partner of Agora Partners and acting ELAICH project manager.

“ELAICH’s ambitious plan to bring together youth from different countries such as Israel, Jordan, Malta, Italy, Greece and Turkey to jointly cooperate on cultural heritage projects was a special challenge for us,” said Boaz Babai, ARPU~UP’s founder and CEO. “I am happy that we succeeded, through this joint effort, in raising awareness of the importance of cross-border projects bridging cultural gaps between youth to protect cultural historical and environmental values.”
The ELAICH Project was an EU-funded project which was part of the Euromed Heritage 4 Programme aimed at contributing to raising awareness of cultural heritage by providing modern and innovative tools for teaching its essence to the general public, especially the youth.
The ELAICH consortium was a multi-disciplinary team comprised of specialists in various areas of cultural heritage conservation and education from five highly rated universities, led by the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
