Improving Company Morale with Tom Napiontek

July 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Vancouver, BC, July 13, 2012 – Tom Napiontek, a long-time professional in the real estate industry and investment expert, knows that it takes more than pay incentives to keep his team happy at work. That’s why he fosters a unified front with team building activities like the one the entire staff embarked upon at the end of June.

On the morning of the excursion, the team met together where they were greeted by limos that would shuttle them to their destination—Whistler, British Columbia. Once arrived, activities for the day included mountain biking, eating lunch, enjoying teambuilding activities in the park, and just getting some much-needed R&R with colleagues and friends.

“We work very hard,” says Napiontek. “So, I think it’s important to let my staff know it’s okay to play hard as well. I also think it’s necessary to be with each other outside the office setting. Building relationships or encounters that are separate from those that we have with each other in a purely professional setting make the time we must spend with each other in the office that much better. It builds character and establishes more common ground. We are all better because of it.”

Napiontek’s vision is to continue these teambuilding exercises at least twice a year for the entire staff. His hope is for these experiences to continue strengthening the team, making it an even greater force to be reckoned with in the industry.
