ACA Roofing and Construction Wins Consecutive Talk of the Town Awards for Customer Satisfaction

July 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Achieving the highest customer satisfaction rating of 5 stars for two straight years, ACA Roofing and Construction has again won the prestigious CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Roofing Contractors category.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company’s CMUS Power Rating™. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

ACA Roofing and Construction was established in 1994 by Pawel Buch to provide a variety of roofing services for the greater Chicago area, including shingles, rubberized roofing for flat roofs, metal roofs, shake roofs and copper work. Since that time, the company has added services, including installation of siding, gutters and downspouts, and also performs renovations for residential and small commercial projects. In addition, the company joined forces with B&A General Contractors, ltd. To form SolarWerks, LLC for the design and installation of solar thermal (hot water) and solar energy systems, such as photovoltaic panels.

The penthouse originally included a two-bedroom unit on the 17th floor of the building, however ACA Roofing was integrally involved in a project that involved expanding the penthouse to a unit on the 16th floor below. The expanded penthouse now features a master suite on this new, lower level and two spacious, walk-in closets. A stunning sculptural staircase connects the master suite to the upper level.
