Access Media 3 Introduces Enhanced Property Relationship Management System

Media service provider Access Media 3 announces the launch of its Property Relationship Management System to provide a direct point of contact for apartment building owners, condo association boards, residential life offices, and other clients.

July 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Access Media 3 (“AM3”), a leading provider of triple-play media services to multi-dwelling unit properties, has unveiled a new internal organization to improve communication and service to its clients.  Currently, AM3 provides satellite television, high-speed internet, and voice service to over 65,000 subscribers in nine states, through contracts with apartment building owners, condominium associations, college residential life offices, and other property managers. AM3’s new structure will streamline communication to deliver consistent, reliable service and quick problem resolution.

In the new reporting structure, property owners will be assigned a dedicated Property Relationship Manager (“PRM”) as a direct point of contact for all questions and concerns. According to George Spengler, AM3’s Senior Vice President of Operations, PRMs will orchestrate smooth transitions of service for new AM3 clients and maintain those relationships for the long term. “One of AM3's advantages, compared to larger cable companies, is our ability to personalize service for our property owners,” said Spengler.  “We are investing heavily in our PRM program, instituting a rigid protocol for them to follow that will meet their clients’ needs efficiently.”

In addition to the PRM system, AM3 has launched other initiatives to improve consistency and address subscriber questions.  AM3’s updated Network Operations Center (“NOC”) now tracks bandwidth levels to each property, ensuring top internet speeds even at peak usage times.  In addition, the company has expanded its customer call center staff by 50% to strengthen the customer experience.
