SteadyRain Mobilizes Landmark Bank’s Mortgage Rates
SteadyRain announces the development of a new consumer mobile application designed to provide the latest Landmark Bank mortgage rates to current and future customers.
Landmark Bank understands the importance of incorporating mobile into a bank’s existing marketing strategy and how expanding into the mobile space opens up the possibilities for not only providing value added services to current clients but also capturing the interests of new customers.
“Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions our customers will make,” said Sue Ann Schaefer, Secondary Market Executive at Landmark Bank. “We want to help make it an easy process by putting the upfront research tools at their fingertips. Then when they are ready to seal the deal, an easy click will connect them to one of our professional lenders.”
The current mobile application development will provide a value added service to the existing mortgage loan businesses by providing on-the-go references to mortgage rates within the mobile user’s GPS positioning. As the mobile user navigates through the application, mortgage rates and loan office locations will appear relative to the user’s current location.
“Our goal was to build a system that not only provided data to the Landmark website, but also to their mobile technologies,”
SteadyRain and Landmark Bank worked previously together in mobile development when SteadyRain was asked to design and develop a mobile optimized website for Landmark (http://www.steadyrain.com/
