Cresa Madison Represents Resource Solutions Group
Cresa Madison helps to relocate environmental consulting firm
Cresa first began working with Resource Solutions Group during the summer, 2011. Cresa represented the company on a short term lease transaction at Tenney Plaza. The short term transaction provided Resource Solutions Group the flexibility to allow their business to grow organically. Within 12 months, Resource Solutions Group required an expansion from approximately 1,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Cresa was able to negotiate a lease at very aggressive terms for Class A space near the Capitol Square.

In an attempt to maintain flexibility, Cresa negotiated two termination options into the lease. Furthermore, due to the company's steep growth projections, Cresa negotiated a “phased-in"
