DataScan Offers Clients New Online Scheduling Tool for Off-Lease Vehicle Inspections
DataScan Field Services recently launched a new online scheduling tool that gives its captive and financial institution clients a convenient way for their lessees to schedule end-of-lease vehicle inspections.
“We are continuously looking for innovative ways to effectively and efficiently serve our clients,” said Matt Powell, vice president of DataScan. “This online scheduling tool was designed to make the end-of-lease experience as convenient as possible for lessees, while providing them with valuable information as early as possible in the process.”
Captive lending and traditional financial institutions participating in the scheduling program can now choose to make the new online feature available for lease customers approaching the end of term by providing the appropriate links on their website or through consumer communications. The lessees can then select the date, time and location that are most convenient. Additionally, they can opt to receive 24-hour or 48-hour electronic reminder messages either by text, email or both.
Existing DataScan Field Services clients can enable the new tool for their lessees by contacting their DataScan representative. For more information about all of the company’s off-lease technology and inspection services, visit http://www.DataScanFieldServices.com .
