Power Design, Inc. Completes Work on Vista Germantown Nashville’s Newest Urban Development

July 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Power Design, Inc., national electrical contractor, has completed work on Vista Germantown, a 242-unit urban development community, marking more than 500 completed projects to date.

Located in the historic Germantown neighborhood of Nashville, Tenn., the 300,000-square-foot, eco-friendly development features an upscale clubroom, fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, electric car charging station, recycling center and connectivity to mass transit.

“Collaboration among all team members was key to completing this project,” said Steven Harbaugh, senior project manager. “Terry Elton, project superintendent, and our Power Design field team ensured a quality product.”

Power Design currently has two projects in Tennessee: Collegedale Station, a 248-unit design-build project; and Elliston Place, a 331-unit multifamily project. Both projects are slated for completion early 2013.
