Song Released Today about Area 51 Romance between Man and Lady Alien
Stranger Things can happen between a mechanic at area 51 and his new girlfriend who is an alien lifeform. In the barren dessert outside of Las Vegas, a space ship known as the Neon Butterfly whisks away the two lovers on a bizarre honeymoon.
“Stranger Things (Area 51 Song)” is a new single that tells the story of a mechanic at Area 51 who wanders into an abandoned warehouse and finds a female alien lifeform. They fall in love and take her spacecraft, the Neon Butterfly to Vegas where torrid affairs and stranger things are known to happen.
Composer and lyricist of “Stranger Things,” Pete McCabe has been writing non-mainstream music for 43 years and has seen his share of fame and obscurity. His album for Tumbleweed records was an eclectic landmark of the 1970s and contained music and song ideas that are still fresh and innovative.
Pete’s inspiration for “Stranger Things” was the nature of the UFO phenomenon which he grew up with plus all the drama and secrecy of Area 51. In the song he puts himself into the persona of the mechanic and mourns how stranger things always happens to him. Is the outcome good or bad? Well, you have to listen to song to find out.
Pete writes about the Ice Age, Big Business and Women that are 50% horse. But besides the unusual and quirky tunes Pete has written, there are commercial songs that are Pop and Country mainstream tracks like "Jennifer's Room" and "Love is Blind."
