Sixth contract retained this summer for progressive education caterers Alliance in Partnership

July 17, 2012 - PRLog -- The contract retention is with selective boys’ grammar school Lawrence Sheriff in Rugby. The school is over 130 years old and educates over 850 pupils aged 11-18 years.

AiP will continue to provide a fresh selection of daily nutritious hot and cold lunches, snacks and drinks prepared onsite. 14 nutritional standards and 11 food groups are incorporated into three week menu cycles which are developed mindful of ethnic minority requirements and allergy sensitive palettes.

"We are really pleased to have retained the contract with Lawrence Sheriff and have new menu ideas and special celebratory food days planned to compliment the curriculum," says Managing Director for AiP, David Weller.

A five week holiday cooking course began at Lawrence Sheriff on 12th June open to all pupils. Ingredients have been provided by AiP and the final culinary delights will be taken home by the master chefs themselves!
