Murray Kilgour Releases New eBook - Living on Purpose

July 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Murray Kilgour takes more than 20 years of successful life and business coaching experience and transfers this into an attractive ebook format. After producing a popular business radio programme on Radio CCFm in Cape Town, South Africa, Murray has taken the top 20 out of 150 programmes and created a practical ebook. This is the first in a series planned for the next year.

The book is called Living on Purpose - Taking You to the Next Level in Life and Business and contains a series of short chapters.  Each chapter deals with a single life or business principle such as complexity to simplicity, finding your genius, conflict resolution, stress management, time management and several other key issues that face individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses.

Interspersed between the chapters are worksheets or questionaires that help one engage with the topic being discussed. This makes the book very practical and the workbook format allows individuals or teams to benefit from the various chapters. In the next twelve months two more books will follow, expanding on the topics in the first volume as well as adding new subjects.
