It is very important for a leader to handle or to channelize the top talents of an organisation for growth and profitability. Thus, great leaders are a magnet for top talent and create the culture of performance, which helps organization to accelerate results.

The Leader in an organisation need to work as a catalyst. They must have the ability of choosing the right talent pool by doing so, he/she not only makes the working of an organisation smooth and systematic but also enhances the outcome/s. This capability of a leader makes him/her the favourite of both the superiors/peers and their subordinates. Top authorities can rely directly on such leaders but most importantly, these leaders enjoy the confidence of the teams by mapping the skills and assigning tasks in which they are good and gain confidence and a positive attitude of accomplishments. This in turn helps this kind of leaders act as magnet for the top talent of the industry.

It has always been a topic of debate whether leaders are born or made. Let it remain the topic of discussion keeping in mind the matter of fact for today’s environment that leaders are those who knows the art of retaining and identifying talent. It is not necessary for a leader to be the most talented among his subordinates but must be master of talent management.
