It is very important for a leader to handle or to channelize the top talents of an organisation for growth and profitability. Thus, great leaders are a magnet for top talent and create the culture of performance, which helps organization to accelerate results.

The Leader in an organisation need to work as a catalyst. They must have the ability of choosing the right talent pool by doing so, he/she not only makes the working of an organisation smooth and systematic but also enhances the outcome/s. This capability of a leader makes him/her the favourite of both the superiors/peers and their subordinates.
