Zalemark Holding Company, Inc. Announces New Appointments

July 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Sherman Oaks, CA- Zalemark Holding Company, Inc.  (Publicly Traded: ZMRK) announces changes to both its Board of Directors as well as executive positions. Ernest Martel, previously with Pacific Charter Financial Services has been named CEO and President. Tina Ann Neukirch, a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt, has also been added to the Board of Directors. Other changes to the organizations management team include Charles Baron, the current Controller, serving as Interim CFO. Steven Zale will remain as Secretary/Treasurer. Ernest and Tina Ann join the existing Board of Directors that include Ed Mims, Ron Chavez and Khalid Shabazz. The addition of Ernest Martel to the executive staff rounds out the team, that includes Ray Ruiz, VP Merchandising, Soraya Menchaca, head of show productions and head stylist  and Charles Baron, Controller.
