-- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that an attorney in the Reno office has been selected for inclusion in the 2012 Mountain States Super Lawyers
® and another has been selected for inclusion in the 2012 Mountain States Rising Stars
® is a listing of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Super Lawyers

Snell & Wilmer attorney William Peterson has been selected for inclusion in the 2012 Mountain States Super Lawyers
® list in the Business Litigation field. Peterson has been a commercial, administrative and personal injury litigator for over 30 years. His practice encompasses energy law, utilities, complex torts and all facets of commercial litigation in state and federal court.
The selection process for Rising Stars
is the same as the Super Lawyers

While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
