Daystar Television Network Debuts on Roku

Daystar Television Network is now available on Roku, a popular direct-to-TV streaming service currently in over 3.5 million homes.
July 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Daystar Television Network’s Director of Corporate Relations, Jonathan Lamb, announced this week that the network is now available on Roku.

Roku is one of the most popular direct-to-TV streaming services available today, with over 3.5 million boxes sold. By joining Roku, Daystar added potentially millions of people to its viewing audience. Additionally, as of this release, over 5,500 people have already added the Daystar channel to their boxes.

Numbers are of particular importance to Daystar, because they signify the potential to reach more and more people with the network’s message of Christianity. Marcus Lamb, president and co-founder, said of Daystar, “Whatever technology we can use to share the good news about Christ – that’s what we’re all about.” Co-founder Joni Lamb echoed his sentiments, “There are all kinds of ways to preach the Gospel. It’s so exciting.”
