-- West Des Moines, Iowa (July 12, 2012) – ITAGroup’s Driven Magazine has been singled out for “Special Recognition”
in the Grand Award category of the 2012 Magnum Opus Awards competition. The distinction was awarded to the quarterly publication in the Print Magazine – External Audience category. The annual international awards program recognizes excellence in corporate communications content. This year’s competition attracted more than 500 entries in all categories of content creation ranging from print production to podcasts and beyond.
“We are very pleased to be recognized for the quality of our publication,”
says Kent Schlawin, Vice President, Marketing Communications and Individual Awards. “Our team works hard to provide meaningful content that our readers will find informative and useful.”
Sponsored by the Content Marketing Institute and ContentWise, the Magnum Opus Awards are designed to recognize corporate communications professionals for their efforts in creating media that have strategic impact. With more than 100 categories of competition, judges use a defined set of criteria to consider elements such as informational and entertainment value, quality of writing and display copy, creative use of imagery and typography, and consistency of color palette and style.
Originally launched in 2004, this year’s competition features a new Content Marketing Institute Awards celebration for Grand Award honorees as the finale to the annual CMI content Marketing World event to be held in Columbus (OH), September 6.
