Pit Bulls Up In Smoke Headed To the South Carolina Festival of Discovery BBQ Competition

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Pit Bulls “Up In Smoke” BBQ Team (www.pitbullsupinsmoke.com) is preparing for our next in our 2012 KCBS Barbecue Competition Tour in beautiful Uptown Greenwood, South Carolina.  The event is scheduled for July 12th to 14th, 2012.  The competition is part of the South Carolina Festival of Discovery event and this is the 12th year for it.  This will be our second year competing in the South Carolina Festival of Discovery and we are very much looking forward to it.  

After being off from competition for three weeks, we are ready to get back in the grind and do our very best to pull off some more great accolades to add to those we have now.  We’ve been getting a bit of “cabin fever” with no competitions close enough to home to compete in, but it has also given us the opportunity to do plenty of practice runs and keep our cooks at the top of the game.
