MyOffice Mobile Invoicing© is an easy to use invoicing system for business owners.  It consists of 6 features: customer database, quotes, invoices, reports, product list, and a to-do list.  With MyOffice Mobile Invoicing©, all of these features are readily available on your iPhone or iPod.  The customer database allows users to keep track of all their customers including contact information and any other pertinent information.  Customers can be directly emailed from MyOffice Mobile Invoicing©.  Quotes and Invoices can be created with ease while out and about.  MyOffice Mobile Invoicing© has the option to add pictures to invoices for a before and after picture. This is useful for professionals such as plumbers and electricians. Also, quotes and invoices can be instantly emailed to customers. There is also an acceptance signature in the Quote screen.  The reports feature creates customer billing reports, AR Aging and sales reports. All reports can be printed directly to a printer in full 8.5” x 11” mode, or can be emailed and PDF’ed.  A to-do list helps users keep track of their tasks.
