July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- How do we better align our product teams with our business and development units to drive growth? It’s a tough challenge, and one that executives try to address by deciding on whether the product management team reports to an enterprise management team, or an individual General Manager/Business Unit leader. On one hand, you can drive a corporate wide strategy and optimize development investments across your entire portfolio. On the other hand, you can get deep vertical expertise to drive change that really moves the needle for a specific business.

Hakan Kilic, Seasoned Product Management Expert, will speak at the weekly Global Product Management Talk on Monday, July 16, 2012 at the simultaneous times of 3:00 PM Pacific Time, 5 PM CST Chicago, and 6 PM in Montreal, Canada using the hashtag #ProdMgmtTalk on Twitter.

Hakan says, "The Global Product Management talk is exactly what our profession needs, the sharing of valuable life experiences with thought leaders providing real, in the trenches information on product management. I'm very happy to be involved in that community and share some of my experiences at Ryma and in product management over the last decade."

Each week, The Global Product Management Talk features an expert guest discussing pre-posted questions with the co-hosts and Twitter participants broadcast live over BlogTalkRadio. The transcript of Tweets and podcast are available for on-demand consumption on the web, iTunes, Google Play and mobile devices.
