Reducing costs for Condo’s, HOA’s and Property Management Clients

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- In our earlier posts from this week we discussed the topic of Electronic Statements or Electronic Presentment of invoicing and how this works to control the costs for associations.  Our research shows that there are a fraction of clients who are currently utilizing this avenue, and of those that do typically there is very little knowledge of how the entire process works.  After combining this posts with the other posts from earlier this week, the reader will have a full description of the way Inventive PM provides a forward looking service to help control the costs for its clients.

After receiving the electronic statements notification, the customer will have the ability to login and view the exact copy of their statement, in a digital version.  This version will be identical to the printed version, and will also have with it any additional communication such as budgets or other letters that were sent as well.  In addition, the customer can see the previous billings as a reference with the click of a mouse.
