July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Client Solution Architects’s LLC (CSA’s) CEO Neftali (Lee) Arroyo, and COO, Brian K. Lebeau, were honored on June 7th by the Small Business Administration’s (SBA’s) Philadelphia District Office, with the prestigious, Philadelphia District Minority Small Business Person(s) of the Year award. The award was presented at the annual “SBA Day at the Ballpark” at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. CSA was nominated by George Murray of the SBA.

SBA’s Eastern Pennsylvania Minority Small Business Person(s) of the Year award winner is selected annually from nominees located across Pennsylvania’s eastern 40 counties which have over 600,000 small businesses in the region, according to SBA’s Philadelphia District Director, David Dickson. “As local commemoration of the Presidentially-designated National Small Business Week, this event is an opportunity to recognize the achievements of small business and its advocates in Eastern Pennsylvania,” said David Dickson. “Every year the award winners honored at this event have truly distinguished themselves and represent the very best that the eastern Pennsylvania small business community has to offer.”

This local Pennsylvania event is associated with the SBA’s annual National Small Business Week which recognizes the small business community’s contribution to the American economy and culminates in the announcement of the National Small Business Person of the Year which will be declared later this year.

"We are honored to have been selected by the Philadelphia District Office as their Small Business of the Year,” stated Lee Arroyo during his acceptance speech. “Recently a client of ours commented that my business partner (Brian K. Lebeau) and I make running a small business seem pretty easy. All of us in this room know too well that it is far from that. From our vantage point, having the support of over one hundred of the best employees any organization can have and the resources of the SBA available to us is a critical component of our success. Our client then followed up his statement with, ‘But if it were that easy, everyone would not only start their own business but every small business venture would succeed’. Our client is a very smart man!"

Although Mr. Arroyo and Mr. Lebeau were the honorees of the award, they truly believe it is through the hard work and dedication of the entire CSA team that has allowed CSA to stand out amongst its peers. CSA was  recently recognized as one of the best places to work in both Pennsylvania and San Diego and one of the fastest growing companies in Pennsylvania.
