Follow ODD HOURS http://www.oddhours.bandcamp.com oddhoursmusic@ About ODD HOURS Michigan Indie Rock Band Odd Hours maintains a white-knuckled grip on the umbrella of trashy art rock while subversively pulling listeners from one end of the musical spectrum to the other. Strobing between fragile, cavernous delay and crushing garage rock, Odd Hours only needs six hands to do what takes most bands eight or more. Percussive dynamo Mike Legue thunders brutally from behind the drums as Tim Jagielo splatters down 100 Jackson Pollocks per second with what most would consider a single guitar. All the while Natasha Beste haunts the air with her keys and hollows out an impossible place in the sound with her strong, plaintive alto for raw stories of despondency, power, and mental horror. Description of sound and influences: A louder, less organized version of the Yeah yeah Yeahs. The White Stripes with keys and a lady lead singer. The Raveonettes if they didn't like surfer rock. The Dead Weather with one less syllable. Ripping your heart out, then tucking you into bed.
