Google’s Search Inside Yourself Course Adviser Adapts Exercises for Working with Mindfulness CD

July 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Northampton, MA –  Most people today are asked to improve performance at work with fewer resources and tighter deadlines, all while dealing with equally stressed co-workers and clients. This toxic combination leads to employee burnout and harms organizations. While people may not have control over stressors at work, mindfulness-based exercises are a scientifically proven, natural way to manage one’s responses to them.

Working with Mindfulness includes one hour of guided exercises developed and narrated by Mirabai Bush, co-founder of the Center for Contemplative Mind in Society. Bush, a long-time mindfulness meditation practitioner, teacher and organizational management expert, taught these mindfulness trainings at many fast-paced organizations including Google, Monsanto and Hearst Publications. -   increase focus
-   develop creative problem solving skills
-   better understand peers’ emotional states
