Due To Popular Demand: Bradley Lobsterfest Will Be A Two Day Event! July 14 & 15

Bradley Beach, NJ – Starting in 2009, Lobsterfest has quickly become the premier Bradley Beach summertime event. In 2010, the Chamber of Commerce had the foresight to relocate the festival from Riley Park up to the bustling boardwalk and instantly doubled attendance. With record breaking crowds in 2011 the Chamber has once again decided to keep improving on the existing event. This year not only has it expanded to a two day event, the size will nearly double stretching from the southern tip of the boardwalk continuing five blocks north. “With forecasted temps in the Mid 80’s we are looking forward to another great year!” said Shirley Ayres - Executive Director Bradley Beach Chamber of Commerce.  The weekend hours are Saturday July 14, 11am-9pm and Sunday July 15, 11am-6pm.

Lobster, Lobster and More Lobster! - Whether you’re looking for Lobster Rolls from Jakes Crab shack or whole steamed lobsters from Mr. Shrimp you will not be disappointed. With 20 of your favorite restaurants including Lusty Lobster from the Highlands, Geatano’s from Red Bank and local favorites Giamono’s and Irenes Cusine the lobster selection will be vast and endless. For those who love the beach, but not the seafood Windmill will be serving their famous footlongs, Pure and Simple Flatbreads will be making fresh hand tossed pizzas and our friend Drew will be making his famous Greek Gyros. Ice cold Coors Light along with a selection of craft beers will be available in the Beer and wine garden along with the most refreshing Barefoot Wines of the summer.

Family Fun For All Ages! - With two areas dedicated to our younger guests including a 25’ rock wall, two giant waterslides, a trampoline obstacle, a toddler fire truck bounce, stilt walkers, a clown face painting booth and everyone’s favorite “Lobster” will be dancing and taking photos with the kids.

Jersey Shores Best Live Music! - Not only will your taste buds be pleased, your ears will rejoice as well. Preforming under the 5th Ave.  gazebo will be some of the area’s best bands including Matt Wade, Stolen Rhodes, Ring of Fire, The Fuzz, Random Test and Eryn Shewell. Food Drive! - The Chamber has partnered with Move for Hunger located in the neighboring town of Neptune to execute a food drive that will help stock the Monmouth County Food Bank. “Move for Hunger works with relocation companies to help fill the pantries of our nation's food banks. This is an extension of our daily work, we love being involved in the community event, every donation helps!” said Adam Lowy, Founder & Executive Director of the organization. A donation at Lobsterfest enters you to win tickets to the upcoming Wrat-fest, Shake the Lake or a Skybox to a Lakewood Blueclaws home game!
