New Las Vegas Mattress Store Opens Unique Business

July 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Las Vegas Mattress Direct offers a "By Appointment Only" service unlike any other mattresses store in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Mattress Direct offers customers a shopping experience that is uniquely focused on the customer and their bedding needs. It's just one customer, one bedding representative and the wide selection of mattresses at a better value. There is no high pressure sales people, no crowded show room and no sales people scampering about to sell as many beds as possible to boost their commission.

Neal Creecy and Barry Tweedy opened the doors to Las Vegas Mattress Direct to support their work as church planters partnered with the North American Mission Board working to plant churches in Las Vegas, NV.

"Some of the primary reasons we are different from most any other companies is that we are a very simple, streamlined operation.  It provides for a better experience for the customer as well as a better value", said Barry.

The mattresses at Las Vegas Mattress Direct are delivered directly from the Serta plant in Phoenix, AZ.  Barry and Neal unload the beds from the truck and stock their mini-warehouse. They answer the phone; make the appointments, and one of the owners meets their customers in person. They help load their purchase in their vehicle or they deliver the mattress, depending on the customer's needs.  

The owners explain that the fewer the hands that touch their mattress, the lower the overhead cost; the lower the overhead cost, the better the value for the customer. When they set the appointments for their customers, they make an effort to set the times that will work best for the customer.

“Our aim is to help make your shopping experience a pleasant one and get you a high quality mattress that meets your criteria for comfort and cost,” says co-owner Barry Tweedy.

At their store in the western side of Las Vegas customers can choose from six different styles of mattresses and they can order others by request.  Currently they carry:
