Solar Developers - Sandview and GlobAll Connect Sell 4.8MW SMUD Project to S-EnergyCalifornia, US - Sandview Development and GlobAll Connect, California based solar energy developers, today announced that they have completed the sale of a 4.8MW photovoltaic utility-scale project in Sacramento, California to S-Energy America.
July 8, 2012 - PRLog -- S-Energy America, under the acquisition agreement, acquired all rights and title to the 4.8MW solar project located in Elk Grove, California (Sacramento County). The project, “Green Acres Solar Facility”, will produce enough electricity to power approximately 1,000 homes a year in Sacramento. Sandview Development and GlobAll Connect, jointly, entitled and developed the project and were one of only a few development teams who successfully received an award of power purchase and interconnection agreements under Sacramento Municipal Utility District’s (SMUD) 2009 feed-in-tariff program.

Sandview Development and GlobAll Connect successfully secured the SMUD contracts and county land condition use permit that allowed the project to proceed with construction. SEAI assumes total control of the project and has secured all necessary environmental mitigation and construction permits from the County.
