California, US - Sandview Development and GlobAll Connect, California based solar energy developers, today announced that they have completed the sale of a 4.8MW photovoltaic utility-scale project in Sacramento, California to S-Energy America.
July 8, 2012 - PRLog -- S-Energy America, under the acquisition agreement, acquired all rights and title to the 4.8MW solar project located in Elk Grove, California (Sacramento County). The project, “Green Acres Solar Facility”, will produce enough electricity to power approximately 1,000 homes a year in Sacramento. “We are pleased to have worked with Sandview and GlobALL Connect through the critical milestones and towards the successful acquisition of the Green Acres Solar Facility. This project showcases both our company’s polycrystalline PV solar technology (SM-245Wp PC8 series) and our team’s ability and commitment to develop, construct, project finance and operate utility-scale solar projects”, said S-Energy America’s general manager David Yoo.
“S-Energy is an excellent partner to finance and support the Green Acres Solar Facility project at the completion of the development stage into construction and operation, and we are excited to see our vision of making a significant contribution to the environment and local economy realized”, said Charles Schaffer and Quinn H. Tran of Sandview and GlobALL Connect, respectively.
