Lee & Associates Closes $3.6 Million Industrial Sale

July 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Coming on the heels of additional recently closed deals out of the Lee Commerce office, Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the nation, has closed a $3.6 million industrial sale at 2820-2828 Butler, Ave. in Lynwood, Calif.

The Rancho Dominguez, Calif.-based buyer, Foam Factory, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of foam, rubber, sponge and upholstery products was represented by Senior Vice Presidents Peter D. Bacci, Jack Cline and Doug Cline of Lee Commerce while seller, Phillip Krinitt was represented by Bacci and Jack Cline.

According to Bacci, Foam Factory, Inc. plans to expand their operations by utilizing the larger facility for their manufacturing purposes.  “This property boasts an exceptional location among a bustling labor pool,” he said. “The situation proved ideal for the seller in that there was a great deal of interest in the building, making it the perfect time to sell.”
