ACI: Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference – Agenda Highlights Announced
The ACI, organizers of the 17th Annual Drug & Medical Device Litigation Conference taking place December 3-5, 2012 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York, today announced key highlights from this year’s program agenda.
Participation by In-House Counsel Involved in the Year’s Biggest Products Liability Cases
Attendees at this year’s conference will hear directly from an unprecedented group of industry counsel who are the key stakeholders in pharmaceutical and medical device cases. These thought leaders will share their most effective litigation strategies, and offer practical advice on managing burgeoning litigation costs.
Enhanced Networking and Business Development Opportunities
This year’s conference will include an exciting interactive session facilitated by in-house counsel, in which complex litigation hypotheticals will be analyzed. At the conclusion of the regular conference, a post-conference Business Development Master Class will shed light on how companies select and evaluate their outside counsel.
Making Strategic Litigation Decisions
In special spotlight remarks, Timothy Pratt, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary at Boston Scientific, will share insights from more than twenty-five years in products liability practice.
Program Director Stacey Evans remarked, “This conference is the culmination of many weeks of detailed research with industry leaders at more than 75 law firms, pharmaceutical and device companies.”
